WE NEED YOUR MAGIC

Every single person who makes the Autonomy Project possible—from leadership to event coordinators to setup crew—is a volunteer.

We're not paid to care. We do this work because we believe in it, because we've lived it, and because we refuse to wait for someone else to build the world we need.

If you're ready to be part of something bigger than yourself—if you want to create spaces where people can heal, grow, and thrive—then we need you.

JOIN THE CENTRAL COMMAND TEAM

Our Central Command Team leads the Autonomy Project's major initiatives. These are the people who shape our programs, organize events, and build the infrastructure that makes everything possible.
